Zodwa Wabantu (born October 1985) is a South African media personality, socialite, and dancer.

Zodwa Rebecca Libram was born in October 1985 in Soweto, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. She lost her mother at the age of 11 and was brought up by her grandmother and aunt. She left home when she was 16.
Career
Zodwa worked for a debt collection company and began dancing to earn money by performing at clubs. She made her runway debut at the DFF, where she sashayed down the runway for Muzi Mlambo’s bridal collection.
Wabantu appeared on the SABC3 talk show Afternoon Express with hosts Bonnie Mbuli and Jeannie D in 2018. She provided vocals on an upcoming track, which was part of an Afrotainment album.
She also landed a reality show on Moja Love, “Zodwa Wabantu: Uncensored”, where she gives viewers an in-depth look into her life. It airs on Sundays at 20:30 on Moja Love (DStv channel 157).
Wabantu started her farm business “Zodwa Wabantu Chicken & Eggs” in 2021, where she sells live chickens and trays of eggs. She also launched her perfume range, Touchable Day and Touchable Night, and a petroleum jelly brand.
Zodwa also has a registered mortuary business, “The Zodwa Wabantu Undertakers Mortuary”. She was appointed as brand ambassador for Mazda Menyln in October 2021.
Personal Life
Zodwa Wabantu is currently in a relationship with Bongani Masina. They got engaged in December 2025, after being together for a year and seven months.
She previously was in a relationship with Ntobeko Linda. She proposed to him at Eyadini Lounge in Durban. She later ended the relationship after paying lobola for him, buying their rings, picking a date and having fittings for her dress.
Wabantu started dating Vusi Buthelezi in 2019, but ended the relationship. She started dating Ricardo Olefile Mpudi in 2021. They tattooed each other’s names on their wrists. She has a son named Vuyo,
